One of the most important thing that every human being can do is raise above being human from an evolutionary perspective is fear. The mind is develops to keep you safe. The mind has developed to keep you safe. The mind has developed certain algorithm. If you are allow the fear of being ostracized or when you allow the fear of stepping outside of your comport zone or when you allow the fear of failure to hold you back that's when people stray small or never build life which they want because they're allowing themselves to be held back by the humanity.

There is no fear in this world. It is made by those people who cannot do by them self. The secret of a successful people is they used to wake up in morning fast as much as they can. If you think it never work then it is truly wrong because many study proved that if you wake up earlier and try what you do then it helps to be successful.

I will suggest you to read the book "The Miracle Morning" which change my life. It is a best book for morning habits. There are 6 habits you need to follow :

1. Silence: It means mediation. Every successful person used to do mediation in the morning which helps to make mind fresh and also control your mind. If you can control you mindset no one can stop you to be a successful person. If you are beginner for mediation then you don't worry. It is very simple process. " Sit in a quit place and set the time for 5 minute. And then just focus on your breathing and don't think. You will get a lot of though, and you will notice that you may start to feel some anxiety. Let it go"

2. Affirmations: To follow this rule you need to write everything in paper and try to do it. Also achieve from it. For example, if you want to start exercising more,  write the Affirmation." I take care of my health and exercising daily" and try to do it. Write Affirmation for all areas of your life, and then read them, aloud in morning ritual daily.
